National Visa Center (NVC) Process:
1. NVC sends a welcome letter with case identification number, beneficiary ID number, and invoice number
2. Complete online forms and pay fees on the CEAC website
3. File DS-260 and DS-261 after NVC begins processing your case

Filing Form DS-261:
1. Sign in to CEAC with the case number from the NVC welcome letter
2. Choose an agent for communication
3. Pay required fees: $325 for immigrant visa application processing, $120 for Affidavit of Support (if applicable)

Filing Form DS-260:
- Requires case identification number, beneficiary ID number, and invoice number
- Includes questions about:
- Biographical information
- Address history
- Social media accounts

- Previous U.S. travel
