EB-3 Green Card
The EB-3 visa is an employment-based, third preference green card category for skilled workers, professionals, and certain other workers. It provides a direct pathway to permanent residence through permanent employment in the United States.

Who is the Visa for?
Skilled Workers: Individuals with at least 2 years of training or work experience.
Professionals: Individuals with a U.S. bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and a job requiring that degree.
Other Workers (Unskilled): Individuals performing unskilled labor requiring less than 2 years of training/experience (limited visa numbers each year).

Eligibility Requirements
A permanent, full-time job offer from a U.S. employer.
PERM Labor Certification approved by the Department of Labor (showing no qualified U.S. workers are available for the position).
The applicant must meet the educational, training, or experience requirements of the offered job.
The employer must demonstrate the ability to pay the offered wage.
Visa Duration:
Grants permanent residence (green card) once approved.
Green card status is valid for 10 years and renewable indefinitely.
