Earn U.S. permanent residence by investing $800,000 in a rural or high-unemployment Targeted Employment Area (TEA) or $1.05 million in any other location and creating 10 new American jobs through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. Who is the Visa for?

  • International entrepreneurs placing qualifying capital in a new or troubled U.S. enterprise

  • Investors using USCIS-designated regional centers or making standalone direct investments

  • Spouse and unmarried children under 21, who receive the same green card benefits

Eligibility Requirements

  • Invest the required at-risk capital ($800K TEA or $1.05 M standard) in a for-profit U.S. business

  • Create or preserve at least 10 full time U.S. jobs within the investment period

  • Show funds are lawfully sourced and personally controlled

  • Actively engage in policy making or management of the enterprise

  • If applying through a regional center, meet annual EB-5 Integrity Fund obligations ($20,000 large center – $10,000 small center)
