Non-U.S. citizens sponsored by U.S. employers needing temporary or seasonal farm labor.

Eligibility Requirements
Job offer for temporary or seasonal agricultural work.
Employer sponsorship is required, with approved temporary labor certification from the Department of Labor. This is submitted along with Form I‑129 to USCIS
Visa Duration:
Up to 1 year, extendable yearly (max 3 years)
Must leave for 3 months after 3 years
From Jan 17, 2025: 60-day grace period + portability
Processing Time:
Regular: 2–6 months
Premium: 15 days
