EB-3 Green Card
The EB-3 visa is an employment-based, third preference green card category for skilled workers, professionals, and certain other workers. It provides a direct pathway to permanent residence through permanent employment in the United States.
Who is the Visa for?
- Skilled Workers: Individuals with at least 2 years of training or work experience. 
- Professionals: Individuals with a U.S. bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and a job requiring that degree. 
- Other Workers (Unskilled): Individuals performing unskilled labor requiring less than 2 years of training/experience (limited visa numbers each year). 
Eligibility Requirements
- A permanent, full-time job offer from a U.S. employer. 
- PERM Labor Certification approved by the Department of Labor (showing no qualified U.S. workers are available for the position). 
- The applicant must meet the educational, training, or experience requirements of the offered job. 
- The employer must demonstrate the ability to pay the offered wage. 
Visa Duration
- Grants permanent residence (green card) once approved. 
- Green card status is valid for 10 years and renewable indefinitely.

- I-140: Several months (15 days with premium)
