Eligibility Requirements

Eligibility Requirements

  • Job offer for temporary or seasonal agricultural work.

  • Employer sponsorship is required, with approved temporary labor certification from the Department of Labor. This is submitted along with Form I‑129 to USCIS


Processing Time

  • Regular: 2–6 months

  • Premium: 15 days

Visa Duration

  • Up to 1 year, extendable yearly (max 3 years)

  • Must leave for 3 months after 3 years

  • From Jan 17, 2025: 60-day grace period + portability
