Processing Time

  • Regular: ~1–4 months (varies by USCIS Service Center)

  • Premium Processing (Form I-907): 15 calendar days

Visa Duration

  • Initial stay: 1 year (for new offices) or up to 3 years (for established offices)

  • Extensions: In 2-year increments

  • Maximum stay: 7 years (L-1A) / 5 years (L-1B)
